📱 Mandatory Apps & Logging
All drivers are required to use our integrated suite to remain compliant and connected.
ELD (Electronic Logging Device): Ensure you are logged in before the wheels turn. All Hours of Service (HOS) must be recorded in real-time.
Company Dispatch App: Use this for load assignments, route updates, and digital Bills of Lading (BOL).
Fuel Card App: Locate in-network stations to ensure you are receiving our corporate discount.
⛽ Fueling & Maintenance
To keep our fleet running efficiently, please adhere to the following:
Authorized Stations: Only use Flying Z gas stations, unless it is an emergency.
DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report): You must complete a Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspection daily.
Defect Reporting: If you notice an issue (e.g., tire tread wear, air leaks), flag it immediately in the Maintenance tab of the app. Do not operate an unsafe vehicle.
🚨 Emergency & Breakdown Procedures
If you experience a mechanical failure or an accident:
Safety First: Pull over to a safe location and deploy your triangles/flares.
Roadside Assistance: Call the 24/7 Dispatch Line at (555) 012-3456.
Accident Protocol: * Take photos of all vehicles involved.
Do not admit fault at the scene.
Complete the "Incident Report" form in your glovebox packet.
